We offer bespoke service contracts, tailored to your specific needs. The agreement would depend on production times, your product and your general business requirements. Packages generally include a specified number of engineering visits per year and an annual service. Our customers like to use this service for peace of mind, to ensure that your investment is being well looked after and maintained and costs can be pre-budgeted. You can also plan production down time rather than waiting for a breakdown to occur, which can prove costly and inconvenient.

Don’t panic! In the first instance call our service team on 01420 593680. We would then arrange for engineering support, usually over the phone in the first instance, which will generally fix most minor issues. If this doesn’t solve the problem one of our team of UK based engineers will come and visit you on site. Our engineers are trained on the majority of our manufacturers equipment. Some manufacturers prefer to do all the maintenance themselves, so in some instances we will liaise with them for a solution.

Please help by providing the make and model of the machine and also the part number (if known). Our very capable support team are also known for their strong detective skills and managing to track down previously unknown parts!

Firstly, please do get in touch. Our website shows the general range of equipment that we have but we are able to offer a lot more through our relationships with our various manufacturers. We have a wealth of experience across all of our areas of business and are always listening out for new developments and solutions for our customers. If you can tell us about your business, where you are now with your equipment and what you would like to achieve then we can work with you to find the right solution and at the right price point.

This depends on the equipment that you have purchased. The vast majority of the equipment we sell is bespoke to the customer, so the shipping time is dependent on the manufacturer and their timescales. We aim to let our customers know that estimated delivery times when they order the machine and this will include shipping times to the UK. For machinery that isn’t bespoke the delivery times will be quicker and dependent on the shipping time to the UK.

This is an ever evolving topic and something that all our customers are keen to understand. We can help by discussing your product and business concerns whilst looking at how to minimise your environmental impact during the production process. We have already helped large numbers of our customers to improve their production processes and a lot of our equipment can be adapted to use different materials, depending on the product and output. We aim to stay on top of new innovations and developments and some of our manufacturers have testing facilities to see if new materials can be run on their equipment.
