Palletising systems & automatic palletisers for industrial automation
For use in warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing facilities, and logistics operations to streamline the process of palletising (loading goods onto pallets) and depalletising (unloading goods from pallets).
Our range is supplied by palletising system experts including Lita and Skilled Group. This includes robotic palletisers, depalletisers, pallet handing equipment including roller and chain pallet conveyors, and other palletisers (layer, gantry, robot and pick ‘n place). Pallet wrapping machines from Technowrapp protect loads and enables savings in stretch film costs. Its range of automatic stretch wrapping machines can wrap up to 130 pallets per hour.
We supply palletising systems and automatic palletisers across the UK and Ireland, with installation, training, spares and after-sales service handled by our engineers from Alton, Hampshire.

How palletising and depalletising machinery works
Automate the process of stacking goods onto pallets and removing them for storage, transportation, or distribution. Our palletisers and depalletisers, supplied by Lita and Skilled Group, are equipped with advanced robotics and sensor technologies.
The palletising machines efficiently arrange products in neat and stable configurations, maximising space utilisation and reducing manual labour. Depalletising machines, on the other hand, facilitate the swift unloading of pallets, ensuring a smooth transition of goods into the downstream process.
These automated systems enhance productivity, improve safety, and streamline supply chain operations for diverse industries.

Palletising system FAQs
Should I choose a robotic palletiser, a layer palletiser or a gantry palletiser?
A layer palletiser builds the pallet one full layer at a time and suits high-speed, single-format production. A robotic palletiser uses an arm to place individual cases, which gives flexibility across product formats and works well on mixed-SKU lines. A gantry palletiser moves along an overhead frame to pick and place cases, combining speed with reach where a robot arm does not have the working envelope. We can specify the right configuration based on your product mix, throughput and floor space.
Can one palletising system handle several product lines from different machines?
Yes. Robotic palletisers from Lita and Skilled Group are well-suited to mixed-product end-of-line setups, picking cases from multiple upstream lines into a single defined pallet pattern. This saves floor space and removes the need for separate palletising cells for each line.
Can a palletising system also depalletise?
Yes. Palletising and depalletising work as two sides of the same operation. We supply equipment for both, including Lita depalletisers in layer, sweep and robot configurations for the start of process lines.
How much can a Technowrapp pallet wrapper save on stretch film?
Technowrapp automatic stretch wrapping machines feature pre-stretch and top-sheet options that reduce stretch film consumption per pallet significantly. Combined with throughput of up to 130 pallets per hour, this delivers meaningful film cost savings across high-volume operations.
How do I integrate palletising into an existing end-of-line setup?
Beyond the palletisers themselves we supply pallet handling and pallet conveyor systems (roller and chain) that link the palletiser to upstream case packing and downstream pallet wrapping. End-of-line automation from F.A.M.S can also be specified to bring case packing, palletising and pallet wrapping into a single integrated cell.
