Stickpack Machine
This popular packaging format is perfectly serviced by our stickpack machines. The stickpack has many benefits and is an extremely versatile concept, with formats from 14 mm in length to as long as 300mm. The format can also increase the product shelf life both at the point of sale and at home.
In comparison to a 4 side seals single dose sachet, stickpacks, have significant benefits for the manufacturer. As up to 40% less film can be used to package the same amount of product which, in turn can lead to, smaller boxes, lighter packages, reduced packing transport expenses, and carbon footprint.
Stickpacks can package many different products including powders, granules, liquids and paste products. The easy opening and ergonomic handling features mean stickpacks are perfect for delivering pharmaceuticals, when an exact dose is required,
We carry out an indepth analysis of customer’s requirements and expectations, to propose optimised production solutions, producing systems from the simplest up to the most sophisticated configurations for site specific requirements.
