RONO SSHE PASTEURISZER
The RONO designed SSHE Pasteurizer can be either be designed as a low pressure or high pressure system.
The SSHE pasteuriser is usually used when producing lower fat margarines and crystallized products like butter and spreads, where the emulsion is heat sensitive and has a relatively high viscosity. The pasteurization process has several advantages, as it ensures that the number of bacteria and other micro-organisms is low during processing, thus improving the microbiological stability of the final product.
