A new generation scraped surface heat exchanger for the production of edible fats incorporating the latest technologies including the use of carbon dioxide as the refrigerant.

During production less power is needed per production hour compared to machines of the same capacity. The reduced energy requirement is a result of long term research of different cooling media in connection with an optimal scraper blade design and drive configuration.
