Mayonnaise , Dressings and Sauce Plant

The use of the Consistator range of scraped surface heat exchangers and in-line emulsification units enables continuous manufacturing of the whole range of mayonnaise products both with and without starch.  The continuous process gives consistent hgh quality product free from any air entrapment.

Using the same basic equipment dressings, ketchup, marinades and similar products can be continuously produced.

The same Consistator light duty heat exchanger is used for heating and cooling sauce products which can contain particulates.

At the Gerstenberg Schröder technology centre extensive pilot plant facilities are available for product testing.
