Supreme creamy ice cream is achieved by the low temperature extrusion process. As an engergy-saving process the Kombinator X250 ensures fast cooling of the pre-crystallised ice cream. With the Kombinator X250 technology ice cream with lower fat and reduced protein content can be developped with the same mouth feel as premium traditional high fat ice cream.
