Melt Flow Index Basic Plus MFI MFR

This manual equipment is designed to determine MFI/MFR value in g/10 min. The equipment works in accordance with the following standards: ASTM D 1238 method A and ISO 1133, method A.

The unit comes complete with a microprocessor controlled PID temperature regulator for fast and accurate setting of the desired test temperatures and is equipped with automatic extrudate cutting.  Optionally available are:

• Motorized weight lifting device
• Nozzle plugging device (for low viscosity materials)
• Tests weights up to 21.6 kg
• Protection shield
• Special cleaning set
