Tobacco Boxfilling Solutions

As leading manufacturers of poly-lined carton filling lines, Pattyn provides a complete solution for packing cut leaf tobacco. This includes erecting C48 or C90 cases which can be either new or re-used. A polythene liner is then made from a high capacity reel and carefully inserted to prevent voids after which a two stage filler with vacuum impacting accurately fills the cut leaf with minimum damage.  The liner is then automatically folded and the case closed.
