Case Loading

The Kompatta is the latest all-in-one case packing machine manufactured by F.A.M.S. suitable for medium production. Its electronic-mechanic operation ensures high reliablity coupled with minimal maintenance. Its linear counterbalanced motion allows for a high level of flexibility as well as an ability to handle large containers. All machines can be manufactured with right or left working direction.

The machine model C.R.T. 652 is a vertical case-packer with mechanical handling that inserts products such as bottles, canisters and bags into RSC (American style) cases, plastic boxes or trays. This machine can also stack and rotate the product through 90°/180° during the packing cycle.

The R.O.T. 204 machine is a rotary vertical case packing machine that can be equipped with either 4,6 or 8 gripping heads depending on the production required. This continuous motion machines allows high output typically to 40 cases per minute with exceptionally smooth product transfer from infeed conveyor to finished case.
